Love for the Game

From the time you step on the court

until the time you step off

you leave it all on the court

running back and fourth

sweating and breathing hard

timeouts and dead balls is the only break you get

going from shooting free throws

to shooting three pointers

running up the score

trying to run away with the lead

not stopping or taking a break until the final buzzer

then the crowd runs onto the court

to cheer on another victory
