What I Do

I know not why I do what I do --
It's all I've done - 14 years to be exact.
Each day different but strangely similar in so many ways.

Attitudes, personalities, abilities
all play a part, but what about work ethic,
"That 110%" that everyone talks about?
Does that count? Or is it all about winning, being perfect?

How much should one sacrifice "for the good of the team?"
Is it possible to meet expectations? What is "good enough?"
When will this ever be "just a job?"
And, if it ever becomes "just a job,"will I still want this job?
