All we are is friends, and that's all we'll ever be.
He probably doesn't even like me,
I'm wasting my time.
But then he walks by me;
it feels like a hand stroking a cheek, Gently.
What is this and how is it supposed to make me feel?
The text messages make me think he cares
Half of the time, he actually replies.
I don't want him to feel bad for my heartbreak,
at least he was honest, which makes the hurt worse
He calls it "bad timing." I just think he's scared.
He says I'm amazing and any guy would be lucky to be with me.
Why not him?
I think I know now how this is supposed to make me feel.
